Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bertos AI's services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

Bertos AI provides AI-powered customer service solutions including custom AI assistants for WhatsApp and Instagram, automated appointment booking, bilingual communication, and analytics dashboards.

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your organization, and maintain account security.

Service Plans and Payment

Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

• Setup fees: 50% upon signing, 50% upon delivery
• Monthly fees: Billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• 30-day satisfaction guarantee on monthly services for new clients

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your clinic
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Not use Services for unlawful purposes
• Obtain necessary patient consents
• Review and approve AI configurations

AI Limitations

Our AI assistants are designed to handle common inquiries and booking tasks. They are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace professional medical judgment. You remain responsible for all medical decisions and patient care.

Intellectual Property

Bertos AI retains all rights to our AI technology, software, and systems. You retain ownership of your clinic's data and content. We grant you a limited license to use our Services during your subscription.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for third-party service disruptions (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bertos AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
